Our regular team meeting occurs every Thursday @ 9am Pacific

      • adding the action items and takeaways to the current meeting's minutes
      • creating the agenda for the next meeting and carrying the action items and takeaways over to it
      • sending out a notice of the availability of that agenda along with the meeting invite
      • completing all of the above by the end of the week during which the meeting occurred

Action Items / Takeaways from Last Week

  • [DONE] davehunt to schedule a meeting to discuss which projects to migrate to the new Jenkins instance
    • let him know if you’d like to attend
      • I haven't heard from anyone, so going to take care of this in my 1:1 with Stephen
  • [DONE] davehunt to update system packages on new Jenkins instance to address glibc vulnerability
    • Updated all packages on webqa-ci1.qa.scl3.mozilla.com and selenium-hub1.qa.scl3.mozilla.com
  • [DONE] davehunt to check Mac minis to see if they need an update to address glibc vulnerability
    • Only selenium.qa.mtv2.mozilla.com has software updates, which have been applied
    • I also updated Java and Flash, and applied all system updates on the Windows VMs
    • I also updated Flash on all Mac nodes
  • [DONE] bsilverberg to get GitHub pull request for Marketplace UI changes merged
  • [DONE] bsilverberg to look at marketplace-tests-gaia for changes required for UI changes
  • [DONE] davehunt to remove "Propose new apprentices - 1st meeting of the quarter” from meeting template and set a reminder to himself to raise it quarterly at the meeting
    • Done. I will remind you all in April! :)
  • [DONE] mbrandt to remove “Testday Ideas” section from meeting template and make it into a wiki template that can be edited separately and included in the meeting template
