• Remaining work on the SEA Hackathon:
  • Finalize plans for food at the venue, plus dinner
  • Make sure Wiki contains information on how to reach AirBNBs
• Open l10n PM position for Mozilla Foundation
• Coordinate work on mozilla.org (pei, flod)
• Start thinking on how to document and get better visibility on the current status of each project. Think about approach (scrum, agile, etc.) and tools.
• Start thinking about Iceland work-week, topics and deliverables for the PM group (e.g. transparency, l20n).

• Matjaz' participation in l20n. Maybe contribute to l10n migration? Also interesting to pontoon.
• L20n planning
  • Feature to test:

 - the URL bar placeholder ("Search or enter address"),
 - the Search bar placeholder ("Search"),
 - the Menu bar labels ("File", "Edit", "View", etc.).

• • Going to land gecko-specific code in gecko, l20n specific code in l20n.js, export a code dump to gecko
  • Going to get a twig. Needs a milestone to be defined on when to do that.
  • Timeline:
    • 52 is week of September 12. Not much confidence on that yet, with vacations and all
    • 53 is the week of November 11.
  • Performance: perf impact of changes hard to tie down, sometimes adding more work makes metrics go down due to changes in scheduling.
  • Really want bz' fouc-prevention patch, bug 1280260
