  • negociated 3 more days in MWC planning for l10n (basically, webdev are giving us 3 of their days) that means we will have 12 days for translation itself

  • L10n docs: Audit with Jeff and decide by end of week on how to divide up the work for Q1: update, delete and write brand new docs.
  • Branding guidelines for L10n: revisit guidelines with Creative team (John Slater) and the current various practices among l10n teams. Reconfirm on list and the recommended practice as well as clear guidelines.
  • Planning for FOSSAsia: gather input from Marketplace various functions to prepare presentation content.
  • Privacy Policy doc: review and finalize of dev agreement before releasing them (5 locales)
  • Bidi speaker engagement: confirm schedule with Craig Cummings on time and date
  • Masterfirefoxos.com: provide input for site migration and web site update
  • Ongoing: masterfirefoxos, marketplace, and marketing video productions
