- Only occurs with shallow flash. Need tchung’s input.

  - The gecko part landed and stuck but we’re still missing a piece! Waiting for bug 1080883 to land before touching this.

but it allowed us to discover that we were missing this piece of functionality in the RIL so that’s a positive outcome nevertheless
