* Making the meeting half private (for our introductions,discussions, setting goals etc), half public (for the presentations) will require a bit more space but will also have a possitive impact on the local community. It's a pitty to have so interesting presentations only for ourselves!

- WHAT WORKED:
* Real lunch instead of sandwiches
* Comfortable rooms, hotel staff, meetings in the hotel - provided access to quite a few facilities
* Lot of new stuff to hear
* New contributors
- WHAT DIDN'T WORK:
* Internet: most important thing for our organization, but yet not so accessible
* Bad participation when creating the schedule - affected Sunday
* Nightlife: First a party with very few people, as opossed to said ~200, and then grawling wannabe musicians and wasted bikers. Really a bad choice.
