* there was good participation from everyone, by and large everyone was engaged
* lots of new faces, proof that the community is growing
* excellent ReMo first steps sprint (now everyone knows what to do )
- WHAT DIDN'T WORK:
* OK we all no WiFi was bad but nvm
* We focused mainly at localization
* no community help in organization of event (not only Bulgarian team, Balkans too)
