If you don't have time to give Bug Day your 100% focus, don't sign up for moderation. Being a Moderator means actively driving, helping and encouraging community members to participate and make progress on the Bug Day tasks. It should be your primary focus during the time slot you signed up for. It takes high leadership energy to make Bug Days successful. Please plan accordingly if you decide to sign up for a Moderator time slot.
