Successfully shipped Firefox 2.0.0.14 last Wednesday, much to the joy of critics worldwide. Results look good. We fixed the topcrash.
Thunderbird 2.0.0.14 is in the hands of build. Should have builds available tomorrow, then off to QA. Schedule on the wiki.

- Daily Tiger Team testing continues. Over 30 bugs found via tiger team testing since January.
- Feature testing
- Accessibility [marcoz] - Found 11 A11y crashers in B5. Fixed bug 429622!
- Microformats [ctalbert]
- Worked with mkaply on some solutions to the issues in bug 427456, such as renaming RecuseFrames to RecurseExternalFrames. Created a new test and verified that the patch fixes the second issue.
- Once bug 429151 landed, ctalbert refactored all tests for correctness, submitted a formal patch, and requested review on the Microformat tests in bug 427457.
- Places - Worked on bookmark tests. Helped Dietrich get browser chrome tests up and running [ctalbert]
- Protocol Handling [ctalbert]
- Extended my protocol testing page to add several tests for implementers that are working on MailTo support (RFC 2386). It was requested in the yahoo debacle.
- Added litmus case for bug 428905 and bug 285976 and worked on bug triage. See highlights in bug 423776, bug 407587, bug 417780, bug 429301, bug 428779, bug 428658
- Javascript - Verified 25 bugs. Added test cases for 10 bugs [bc]

- Last week was planning and triage.
- Hope to get builds tomorrow and release a beta by Friday.
Thunderbird 3
- Filed and fixed A11y bug 428915, which makes the e-mail address autoComplete fully accessible on Windows. Also has a positive impact on SeaMonkey's Location bar. [marcoz]

- Bug day was held on Tuesday, April 15th
- Test day was held on Friday, April 18th. The topic was general testing of new features in the latest nightly. Almost 300 test cases were run. See results. The Germans had a good showing. What happened to the French??
- Went to an Accessibility presentation at the Thunderbird/Calendar face2face meeting at the Sun office in Hamburg. Very successful session with lots of questions answered regarding accessibility and how devs can find out whether what they're doing is accessible. [Marcoz]

- Planning & preparing the SUMO screencast contest with Seth which we're hoping to launch on SFX in mid-May

- We should reach 60 million ADU milestone in the next week or so (blog of metrics will share details when it happens)
Evangelism
- Still looking for pointers to gaps in the Firefox 3 documentation. Working on CSSOM now.
- Received second and third drafts of mockups for the new MDC skin, and development work is underway.
- Spec'd out the initial feature list to JavaScript 1.9 (assigning 1-5 priorities). Many more features on the way, as they're finalized.
- Community Survey #1 results posted on the community surveys blog.

- Work continuing on AMO developer's tools revamp (AMO 3.5) -- fligtar has great posts about this -- read part 1 and part 2

Foundation Updates
- Grants and related activities
- The Mozilla Foundation will be funding Alexander Surkov to continue his work with the Mozilla accessibility code, and in particular to develop test cases and create fixes where necessary for the Gecko 1.9 accessibility infrastructure.
- CAs and related issues
- Frank gave preliminary approval to the request from Network Solutions to add a new root and enable it for EV.
- Frank also worked on the request from DigiNotar to add a new root and enable it for EV.
- Public communication
- David participated in activities related to the Powered by Mozilla program.
- Conferences
- The Mozilla accessibility team will be attending and staffing a Mozilla booth at the SightCity conference May 7-9 in Frankfurt.
- The Mozilla Foundation will be a sponsor of the Personal Democracy Forum conference June 23-24 in New York NY.
- Upcoming activities
- Zak will be speaking at the Leadership by (Open) Innovation in the Telecom, IT and Media Industries conference (April 24 in Munich) and at other events later in 2008.
- Frank is planning to attend the Berkman@10 conference (May 15-16 in Boston MA) and the Personal Democracy Forum conference (June 23-24 in New York NY) if possible.
