Fx 1.5.0.11 + Fx 2.0.0.3
- Firefox 15011/2003rc1 was pushed to beta users on the beta channel last week, so far there are no reports of problems.
- We are on schedule for releasing Firefox 15011/2003 tomorrow, Tuesday @4pm

- FFx 1.5.0.11/2.0.0.3 [juanb is QA lead]
- Firefox: Made sure ALL six bugs that went into this release were verified, including the "FTP pasv command" bug, which bc helped to verify. Helped with locale spot checks, software updates, provided review for configuration script for 15011/2003 software updates. [juanb]
- Tested any Password Manager regressions. [marcia]
- This included running:
- All Password Manager Tests in Litmus (Full Functional)
- Saving Passwords in a 1.5.0.x version and then migrating to a 2.0.0.3 candidate build
- Created several new Password Manager Test cases for Litmus

- Ran the Security regression and JavaScript tests [bc]

- Updated download checker to report arbitrary preference data. [bc]
- Planning for FFx3 test development. Working on schedule for release timing and QA activities [tchung]
- L10N development: Discussion with mic and axel on reviewing the QA l10N requirements spec. Began putting together a litmus test case section for localizers to run. will coordinate testing with Axel to publicize smoke tests for litmus for localizers. (variation of the current FF2 Localization (L10N) test subgroup)
- Test Automation and Infrastructure
- Test Buildbots: bots are running and reporting to graphserver on bm-rhel01 and to MozillaTest [robcee]
- Bob documented his test automation framework
- Breakpad - We worked on Airbag/Breakpad planning. Attended breakpad planning meeting on Fri. 3/16 to go over action items [jay, coop]. Worked with morgamic to discuss Breakpad DB schema design and go over crash reporting and query tool requirements [jay].
- Community
- There was a very successful Thunderbird Test Day on Friday, March 16th. [marcia, jay, others]
- Bug day was held on Tuesday, March 13th. [tracy, tomcat]
- Continued work on QMO- Gathered more content to integrate into QMO. Got in touch with Liz Chak at Seneca to get folks involved in QMO development (she has a small group interested in helping out) [jay]
Product Management and Marketing Updates
Marketing
- We had a great showing at SXSW. We'll post a detailed trip report to spreadfirefox.com later today for our marketing community.
- Working on partner marketing initiatives for rollout soon.
- Supporting Remora launch this week.
- Wrapping up TB2 launch prep.
- Planning sessions last week for next two quarters marketing programs.
