Notes
- sheppy said he'd put a doc writer in touch with baku and Gene ASAP to work on DataStore documentation
- DataStoreAPI issue: how can Gecko provide the built-in messages/contacts data stores?
- current implementation assumes each data store has an owner (.owner property) and changing this is going to be a lot of work
- Ehsan's suggestion for the B2G context is to make the System app own the data store(s)
- existing security model is based on what access app has for data store
- option: deliver message to system app instead of messaging app and have system app write the data into data store
