Spec for auto-close script

(need to ask gerv about best text would be because he did bugzilla autoclose of 3 years ago)

for Get Satisfaction topics from a specified time period:

1. finds all topics with no updates e.g. "all topics with no updates in the last 6 months"
   1. tags them "automatically closed" AND "automatically closed yyyymmdd" e.g. "automatically closed 20100322"
   2. add a reply with boilerplate text e.g.:
      • Hi X: In order to keep our support system up to date and relevant, this topic has been closed due to inactivity after 6 months. If the problem is still happening, please create a new topic (links to new topic wizard)
      • Change title to "autoclosed yyyymmdd WAS:original title"
      • sets the Topic to closed
