Page Info should moved into tabs like the Add-ons manager. The Media Panel should allow thumbnail preview and the ability to safely preview plug-ins.

Goals

1. Move Page Info out of a dialog and into a tab
2. Split the current dialog, so that each of the tabs in it can be opened individually (avoids the tabs-in-tabs look)
3. Reduce the Chrome scripting needed for Page Info tabs
4. Add thumbnail preview for Media items
5. Add preview ability for plug-ins
6. Include more features to control media items
   1. View in a new tab
   2. Copy Image
   3. Copy Image URL
   4. Copy Image Description
   5. Etc.
7. Preserve View Image Info
   1. Extend View Image Info to be View Media Info
   2. Consolidate View Background Image, View Image Info, View Image, etc. into View Media Info
8. Rename it?
9. Add more advanced image information where needed (EXIF, Color profile, etc.)
10. Regardless of how badly we're breaking addon compatibility, retain at minimum the current level of extensibility
