• use short path to MSVS10, set LD using _VSPATH
• export LD path that works with both GNU make and Pymake

Bug 925894 - Windows b2g multilocale completely broken even on green runs on Win64-rev2

• Normalize cl generated dependencies before testing for spaces in them
