Background
I started my Mozillian life as a volunteer since 2002, and then co-found the community web site moztw.org in 2004. Besides my activities on MDN, l10n, SUMO, marketing, and Labs projects, I'm mainly focus on contributor engagement, helping others archive their goals on Mozilla projects, no matter they are developers or not.
In Dec 2011, I joined the just-established Mozilla branch -- Mozilla Taiwan, as a Community Manager. Before my job in Mozilla Taiwan, I was a translator of some technical books, the Development Manager of Creative Commons Taiwan, and then an User Experience Designer in wwwinsISOBAR. Also I'm one of the board members in Software Liberty Association of Taiwan, and the co-organizer of Conference for Open Source Coders, Users, and Promoters, or COSCUP, which is the largest FLOSS conference in Taiwan.
