Project scope and deliverables
Team is responsible for making sure the engagement ratio is justified and appearing on dashboards. As per Product Management, the ratios that are being targeted for this round of work are:
- FF desktop
- FxA
- Mobile (iOS + android)
- Best of web - pocket and hello
- Test pilot
- Activity stream

Accomplished for Last Period
- Met with iOS and Android PM's
- Got access to adjust dashboard, discovered ratio is not present
- met with test pilot to discuss measurement and KPI's
- created bug tree for measurement team efforts
Planned for Upcoming Period
- Poke pocket, again
- Retire risk/understand action plan for ratio appearing in adjust dashboards
- Need to understand if mobile need a dashboard - Thomas/Rebecca
- where will FxA ratio live - Team

- lack of clarity around project importance and resource constraints to be resolved
