Top level KPI status report March 21, 2016

Overall Project Health

Last week: Green.

This week: Yellow.

Project scope and deliverables

Team is responsible for making sure the engagement ratio is justified and appearing on dashboards. As per Product Management, the ratios that are being targeted (and their date) are:

  • FF desktop (Q1)
  • FxA (Q1)
  • Mobile (iOS + android) (Q2)
  • Best of web - pocket (Q1) and hello (Q2)
  • Test pilot (Q2)
  • Activity stream (Q2)

Exec Summary

  • Firefox desktop ratio now appears on summary dashboard
  • FxA and Pocket to appear next
  • PRD nears completion, includes dates for remainder of deliverables

Accomplished for Last Period

  • Pocket data drops now on our s3 bucket - need to wire up next
  • FxA ratio to appear on top level dashboard - will need help from Ali or Hulmer


Planned for Upcoming Period

  • Schedule dashboard work with Ali or Hamilton (Thomas bug for tracking)
  • Shop PRD (whats the go/no go on this?)
  • Need to understand if mobile needs a dashboard (or rather what the path to get the ratio) - Thomas/Rebecca
