Currently I'm willing to contribute, but's really difficult to find out how I can help. So:

Intention

We need some place wehre we can "announce" ToDos

How it might work

1. Someone places a ToDo on SeaMonkey:ToDo
2. Someone adds a comment "take over" or other comment
3. ready

Actually, Bugzilla can be thought of as one huge centralized to-do list. Why not triage bugs and contribute patches in there? -- Schapel 21:55, 23 Sep 2005 (PDT)

... are obsolete where I look. Working with excellent Candidate Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; de-AT; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20050914 SeaMonkey/1.1a, I can see download links for 1.0a anywhere.
