Is this really an issue? Bugzilla doesn't have anything like this in place, and I can almost guarantee that Litmus will only ever see a fraction of the traffic/attention that Bugzilla receives. --coop 11:52, 18 April 2006 (PDT)

Invalid DTD

Litmus web services will require:

   * a well-defined reporting format, complete with a means to validate incoming results. XML and DTD have been proposed for this; 

The DTD provided is incorrect - it has at least two syntactic errors. Also, why use a DTD over a schema?
