How to contribute to SUMO
There are multiple ways you can contribute to SUMO. In general, there are 2 important things you need to know before contributing:
- Take the CPG (Community Participation Guidelines) training for contributors.
- Take this course to learn more about SUMO Community in general.
Once you understand those two basic information, you can proceed to pick the following area of contributions based on your preference or skill set:
Support Forum
From hardcore web developers to "how do I install Firefox" first time users, everybody needs your help in the forum! Share your knowledge by pointing people to the right support articles and providing troubleshooting steps for their specific questions.

If you have a talent for writing and grammar, then the Knowledge Base is the place for you. We need contributors that can write, edit or proofread articles in English.
