  • Thank you for all of you who that participated in the discussion for the end of life support for Flash. There is now a new common response that you can use to answer questions about why Flash is not working. It is set to click to activate for their security and stability of their browser.
  • If you are interested, we reached out to the leaders of the Firefox subreddit to join forces in helping with support threads. There will be a post going up with more information for you redditers. If there are any questions on how to participate, please reach out and I can give you the details.

Social support:

  • We are open for new users who want to take part in the Reply By Buffer tool in preparation of the Quantum launch. I sent out two invites and would like to welcome them in the next Social Support email.
  • There will be a SUMO Day for Firefox 57, Quantum on November 12 - 19. I am guessing it will be the most popular around the middle of the week. Mark your calendars. There will be swag with both new logos, support and the new Firefox logo.
