Welcome Selim to the Reply by Buffer group of Social Helpers. We will be turning on more curated content for Turkish, please welcome him if you see him online today. Thank you Ronaud for the awesome demo and video creation to get users excited about participating in the Social Support Program, we will soon introduce you to Sierra and Liz. There were three questions from the last few meetings that I can share with the rest of the group:
- Common Responses for Army of Awesome should not be used until next week, we are in the process of updating them for the Firefox 57 and merging the spreadsheet used to the support knowledge base.

- How do I troubleshoot plugins and crashes in Twitter? NPAPI plugins are no longer supported, please let them know and if they have any other questions to please go to the support forums for help. There is also an update to Web Extensions that we have 3 common responses for if a user notices that a legacy add on is no longer working. As for crashes, if there is more than two exchanges in the conversation you can learn more how to troubleshoot crashes with this article: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/contributors-crash-course we may need to have that translated

Firefox Rocket (codenamed Zerda) was released into open beta into Indonesia (but you can side load it)
Firefox Quantum 57 and Firefox 57 for Android still getting ready for these (as well as Firefox for iOS 10.0 which will be released around the 57 time frame)
