Open issues/risks

Contributors need a powerful tool to slice and dice the data that we have in our forums. There are several things we want to do:

Allow for filtering threads according to all dimensions that we have.
A controlled vocabulary for tags
A view that shows the percentage of threads tagged with the controlled vocabulary, maybe even over time.
A way to make historical comparisons.
