NOTE: All Brussels-based Summit activities, other than offsite social events, will take place at The Square meeting center - Mont des Arts 1000 Brussels, Belgium.

Day one will give us a chance to look at the big picture of Mozilla; who we are, what we believe in, and what are the major themes we need to pay attention to today.

Day two will focus on the current environment, concrete strategy, and the things we need to build.

Day three is about consolidating thinking, building a plan, and learning to work together better. By the end of the day, we should all have moved from "I have a dream" to "I have a plan."
