Session Synopsis

Ubiquity is an extensible, graphical keyboard user interface for Firefox. See Atul's blog post entitled Ubiquitous Interfaces, Ubiquitous Functionality for information on the rationale behind this project, as well as screenshots and links to getting involved in the project.

Aside from demoing the software, we intend to have a 0.1 release ready by the summit, which will allow users to try out the software.

Aza Raskin will be talking about the project's vision and goals; Jono DiCarlo will discuss the use of natural language in the design of the project's parser; and Atul Varma will discuss how to develop new verbs for the software, as well as offer examples of how experimenting with Firefox development can be made more accessible and accelerated via this software.
