Adding my comments.
My only comment which is not enclosed by things above, is that the individal comments text-itself, could use some more left-padding, to indent it at least a bit more than the headers for each comment, as it is those headers appear to be part of surrounding comments, rather than headers at a brief glancing. (I thought that for brief a moment).

Two things really bug me with the new page:
* The magical expanding comment box. It expands too much here, and doesn't seem to depend on browser window size, making it really, really annoying.
* The Hide Obsolete/Show Obsolete links for the attachment table cause the browser to jump to the top of the table - really annoying. If it is to scroll anywhere, it should scroll by just enough up or down to keep the link (and bottom of the table) in the same place. That's trivial JS, too.
