- Added support for using external Lua modules in sandboxes to improve code reuse.
- Changed decoder API to support failed decoding that doesn't raise an error.
- Major code reorganization; moved plugin implementation code out of pipeline package and into domain specific plugin sub-packages.
- Started Lua plugin cookbook to build corpus of reusable Lua code, added a number of recipes.
- Lua sandbox now caches loaded modules to they don't have to be re-imported in each sub-script.
- Fixed a number of packaging issues w/ 0.4.1 RPM and deb packages.
- Released v0.4.2.
- Added 'id' config option to ElasticSearchOutput to support specifying the document id into which records should be inserted.
