Linux64 repack failure

Chunk #4 of the linux64 repacks failed because the slave had the wrong ssh keys on it. I disabled the slave, fixed the keys, and rebuilt the chunk.

Update verify scheduling issues

Two jobs for each update verify chunk were triggered. Filed bug 826707. Logs from bm30 (which did the updates build, plus both linux32 chunk #4 builds):

The scheduler master had nothing of interest in the twistd.log.

Update verify failures

Many update verify chunks failed with ISE 500 errors from ftp. Filed bug 826730 to get more info out of such failures. Rebuilds succeeded the next day.

Used "force build" to start postrelease builder.
