Take Ways From Last Week
(eg. Action items from last weeks's Take Aways)
Round Table
- (otilia) Next SV status call (November 20th) scheduled the same day with the Firefox 17 Releases. Do we want this meeting canceled due to releases?
- (ashughes) Knowing that most (all?) releases happen on a Tuesday, do we want to reschedule permanently to another day of the week?
- (ashughes) I'd like to propose that we restructure this meeting to be more valuable
- Status - I get no value from people reading status, instead I propose:
- Mozilla teams come to the meeting prepared to talk about priorities for the next 2 weeks
- Softvision teams come to the meeting prepared to talk about where they are blocked
- Otherwise, leave the rest for people to read from the wiki on their own time
- Discussion - the majority of the meeting should be devoted to having important, meaningful discussions
- this should be done at the top of the meeting so that if we run out of time it is status that gets dropped off instead of important discussion items
- Status - I get no value from people reading status, instead I propose:
- (ashughes) Did we want to start using Etherpad during meetings, Wiki after meetings to archive?
