The purpose of this meeting is to kickoff development for QMO 4.0.

Project Introduction
The product owner introduces us to the site concept.
Concerns, Blockers and Timelines
Based on the introduction, available specifications and current progress, rough timelines that each group will need are as follows. Each group should announce the concerns and blockers they have up front.
Please note that the launch date will fluctuate. Other priorities often dictate schedule changes.
Project driver
- Alex Podgorny will be the webdev on the wordpress > bugzilla plugin bug 643570
- Design changes are complete on dev. bug 656455
- QA review of plugin? (may be redundant since Al is QA)
- L10N considerations? (out of scope)
Product Owner
- Pushing for a real dev environment (bug 641627). Be able to push db from prod and dev (bug 641622).
- Anti-spam plugins are needed. Need infra review.

Action Items
The following action items were identified and assigned in this meeting:
- Chris: Get Webtrends code snippet to Craig to enter into the QMO template.
- Al: Going to add chrismore.bugzilla@gmail.com to the QMO dev environment
- Craig: Check in the latest theme into SVN for Alex
Weekly Meeting
The check-in meeting will be run by Chris More and take place every other Thursday at 1:30pm beginning on May 5th, 2011.
