Meeting Agenda for Aug. 19

• What we're working towards for early Firefox 3.6 QA
  • Clean P1 feature ownership areas (Q3 goal)
  • Clean P2 feature areas, if time allows. (not a Q3 goal)
  • Back port any notable cleanup to 3.5 if you have time

• Status tracking
  • Use MozQAFxFeatureOwnership as a guideline for what should be done
  • Use the feature ownership google doc to keep all your queries in one place.
    • Track status there with last update date and color code your areas according to status at that date.
  • Use your own weekly status page to keep track of specifics (example:)
    • Developer relations
    • Project start #'s
    • Weekly progress
    • Running totals

• Ownership reorganization
  • Based on your available time and estimated time for staying on top of each feature, does anyone want more or less features? Tchung probably shouldn't have three P1 features. Marcia, probably shouldn't have 10 features across the board.
  • Let's leave some P2/P3's unowned so we can continue to give more ownership to community members.
