Summary
Users can now start a private session without closing their regular session. The two sessions will work in parallel, a user being able to open multiple regular and private windows.
All the regular windows belong to the same and only regular session, while all the private windows belong to the same and only private session.

Use Cases
- Users should be able to open new private windows without interacting with their existing browsing session in any way (especially through leakage of data from one context to the other). Private and regular sessions should work in parallel.
- Users should be able to open a private window
- from the main menu: File -> New Private Window
- from keyboard shortcuts: Ctrl + Shift + P (Windows & Linux), Cmd + Shift + P (Mac)
- from the taskbar jumplist (only for Windows 7 & 8): right click the pinned icon and select New Private Window.
- All features/functionalities/options available in private windows should be functional.

- Ran the test cases on Windows 7 64bit, Windows 8 32bit, Ubuntu 12.04 32bit, and Mac OSX 10.8.2.
- Multiple issues still open, but no blockers.
