I'm volunteer in Mozilla project as a Mozilla FR volunteer (localization, documentation, event organizer, community manager) and as a Remo member.

Talk Length (please choose between 30, 60, 90, 120 minutes): 30 minutes
Summary:
The session will focus on how a global project can attract new persons in the community. After a presentation of the project, Open Badges, the audience will be invited to interact trough a debate on how we can use this project on a local scale, to encourage "young" volunteers and to convert new ones.

This session will be built as a workshop where everybody can exchange tricks, experiences and ideas, in aim to build new community around an education project, Open badges.
Expected Outcome or Deliverable:
- talking about Open Badges project with volunteers
- collecting ideas and stories about what others communities have done for increasing them with education projects
Desired Audience Type or Skill-set: Nothing - this workshop is open to everyone!
