What is the overall goal I want to accomplish by attending MozCamp Asia
- User support is a critical part of the success of any product. At MozCamp Asia, my primary objective is to support my team in spreading this important message to ensure Mozilla's success in the region.
- Build strong connections with leaders in the community to specifically pave the way for successful Firefox OS launches in Asia.
What I want to achieve by Sunday (November 18th)
- Host session Firefox OS Support Article Sprint together with Michael Verdi.
- Help facilitate and/or participate in SUMO session MozillaSupportOnYourPhone.
- Establish at least 5 connections with key community leaders that are critical for our success in building strong support communities for Mobile and Firefox OS.
What I will achieve by December 2nd
- Summarize distilled feedback from MozCamp Asia and draft a proposal for possible changes in our strategies and focus around community growth in Asia in 2013.
What I will achieve by December 16th
- Blog about our experiences from the event and the next steps in 2013.
