Status reports

- still working through last few xpcshell issues
- concerned about crashes on test startup: bug 810471 Crash on startup during various tests

Tools repo on tegra foopies up to date after all the panda work, as of yesterday. Looked great in staging!
Working on dealing with the dead/dying/problem tegras from the past few months to get them back into production, low and tedieous, but helpful.
- Still not a prior compared to everything else, we had 85.44% of jobs taken with no wait even with almost 7k tegra jobs. A pretty good capacity indicator compared to other platforms.
Within the next week will be staging new SUTAgent version and hopefully deploying it.

Looking good in staging, as of last week.
- Currently blocked on staging by a mozpool/imaging issue that jake (dividehex) is working on (bug 817832)
Need to deploy all these staging changes/fixes to the cedar-pandas.

- 48 chassis are racked, which is 528 panda boards.
  - Setting up staging and production mozpools of pandas. bug 815758 - Done
Order parts for 73 Panda Chassis bug 799808 - Power supplies arrived at the assembly house.
Working on a higher density chassis bug 777393 - This work has restarted.

Panda boards
- android image via lifeguard (automatic imaging) mostly done
- sut_tools changes deployed
- waiting on sutagent and watcher changes to be deployed

reftests are taking too long and hitting the 60 minute test time limit, looking at bug 818141 and bug 818156 to maybe help out.

Got [bc]'s patch working! Clarified a few setup instructions on the wiki to make this easier next time. Full test run takes a very long time and has a lot of failures, but at least it runs and reports results! Going over the patch in more detail now.
