Autophone

• dminor fixed bug 1262532 Add WebRTC job to autophone that is scheduled on 'try'
• bug 1262170 Autophone - replace nexus-6p-6 with nexus-6p-8
  • van installed nexus-6p-8 is in production and it appears stable. nexus-6p-6 is in transit to bc for diagnosis/reflashing.
• bug 1260824 Autophone - submit s1s2 data to perfherder
  • Almost completed additional phonedash graph which allows significant slicing and dicing of existing data. Should be able to reliably predict usefulness of various options reporting summary data to perfherder.
