Adding a new locale
Doc Center
- Check Dekiwki Languages to make sure your locale is in the "Supported languages" section
- Update the MDN l10n Projects page with your info.
- svn co http://svn.mozilla.org/projects/deki/trunk/mozilla/
- Copy resources/resources.custom.txt to resources/resources.custom.{locale}.txt
- Commit to svn and notify localizers
- Update Dekiwiki Languages
- Notify IT and have them standby
- go to Dekiwiki System Settings to add the new locale in Polyglot Languages
- Immediately have IT restart dekiwiki

- Add locale code to MDN_LANGUAGES in settings.py
- Add locale to /mwsgi/ Rewrites in configs/htaccess
- follow instructions in MDN project locale/README.txt
- (optional) svn up the verbatim server to enable verbatim for the locale

- Dekiwiki - just edit a page or copy a page and make the new version under your locale code. Be sure to set the page properties page language setting.
