Legal/Infringement Notices/ Google Hangouts

Dear Mozilla team:

Google Inc. is the intellectual property owner for this complaint. The Add-on extension at https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/google-hangouts/ is not an official Google Hangouts product, but prominently features our trademark and logo in a manner which suggests that it is. Please remove this unauthorized Add-on immediately. A list of our Trademark registrations is attached.

We have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the trademark owner, its agent, or the law; and the information in this Trademark Complaint is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that we are the Trademark owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
