Please consider current DMCA Notice with respect to the following application:

Hereby we inform you that the existing of abovementioned application called “Yandex” at your Firefox Marketplace does violate rights of YANDEX LLC as the trademark owner.

We shall inform you that YANDEX LLC (http://yandex.com in English, http://yandex.ru in Russian), Russian largest Internet-company, is the owner of the following trademarks:

- The word trademark YANDEX with registration No. 225,163, registered for the territory of the Russian Federation on October 17, 2002, for goods and services in International Classes 01-42;

- The word trademark YANDEX with registration No. 298,734, registered for the territory of the Russian Federation on November 29, 2005, for services in International Classes 43-45;

- The international word trademark YANDEX with registration No. 820,785, registered for the territory of 24 countries on November 10, 2003, for goods and services in International Classes 9, 16, 18, 35, 36, 38, 39, 41 and 42;

- The word trademark YANDEX with registration No. 3,140,852 registered for the territory of the United States of America on September 12, 2006, for services in International Classes 38 and 42.

As you can see, the names of this application and our trademarks are identical. We did not grant any permission to this developer to use our trademarks for his purposes.

So we ask you to delete this application from your Marketplace.

We believe in good faith that the use of the application “Yandex” that we claim infringes trademark rights of YANDEX LLC is not authorized by law, or by YANDEX LLC as the trademark owner or any other agent of YANDEX LLC who authorized to grant such permission to use.

All of the information contained in current DMCA Notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, we confirm that the exclusive trademark right of YANDEX LLC is being infringed.

Please consider this notification and inform us about the resolution.
