Notes
- Fx3 - Beta 3 locale review
- Had a meeting yesterday to get an en-US string freeze prior to beta 3
- Before/while we break string freeze we should be doing some triage and using the late-L10n keyword
- (action: Axel) Send mail to FF3 triage team (schrep, mconnor, beltzner, damon) and say we want to be part of the triage on any bug with L10n impact
- dashboard says things are improving (only 9 on fire, down from 12)
- Spanish (Spain) is furthest behind but they are working on it
- (action: chofmann/Mic) Axel suggests we get point persons for webcontent, snippets, SUMO to get in touch with L10n-drivers to organize content and deadlines. This is fairly high priority, we'd like to be well into this by Feb. 8th.
- (action: Pascal) Pascal asks how we can localize FF3 feature videos. Heh <3. Pascal will dig into this futher.
- Web content should have been done by mid-january but it's not written yet.

- Community Development
- Italian community seeks sponsorship for their portal. Pascal has details.
- QA
- Clint has been working on automating minotaur testing.
- Can we use this for FF3b3?
- Haven't seen this automated. Will that happen?
- One time automations work, hooking into buildbot does not.
- Would like to have minotaur working on b1, b2, and all nightlies after string freeze.
- Tim sent (de, fr, pl) locales to Smartware to review. Haven't had a response yet.
- We'd like to look at additional options for review for FF3. Tim and Tomcat are considering asking some community members to review locales (in addition to or instead of) Smartware.
- Clint has been working on automating minotaur testing.
- Other?
- clouserw is attempting to revive the L10n shirts project, currently in talks with pkim and jslater. Apparently we had a contest last year, spearheaded by Asa. (action: SethB) Seth to gather more information and mail l10n-drivers.
