• Investigating 1.3 memory usage blockers

• Memory reporting for |make test-perf| landing almost real soon now. (bug 917717)

• Partners are happy with the state of Dual SIM in 1.3. This was a great effort to define a good scope (no app changes, only settings) and then execute.
