• Following up on our first and second rounds of major gift outreach, planning for funder cultivation @ MozFest, and ramping up for year-end individual fundraising (Partnerships team)

• Onboard new Grants Administrator (Welcome, Jessica!) (Kalpana)
• Decision & onboarding design agency for IHR (Kasia)
• Sharing 2nd draft of IHR content outline with report coalition (Solana)
• Working with Data & Metrics Working Group to identify priority data to include in aligned strategy for MoFo (Arliss)
• All digital engagement hands on deck for Mozfest and Buyers Guide: prepping for a Buyer's Guide initial launch this week and the festival next week.

Executive Team Updates

• Mark will be speaking at the Young Global Leaders Summit this week in San Francisco
• Angela is prepping for two upcoming speaking engagements in Eindhoven, the Netherlands:
  • "The Agency of the User - Our Political Relation to Technology" at the Design Academy Eindhoven Graduation Show this Sunday as part of the Dutch Design Week
  • "Building Responsible Smart Cities: Putting People First" Keynote at the Creative Ring Sum-it next Tuesday
• MozFest Prep
• Continue external conversations in the impact goals process
• Finalizing outline and timeline/discussing with executive team and operations directors
• Topics discussed during last week's executive team meeting:
  • Teeing up for MozFest
  • Grassroots fundraising update with Will & Juan
