Firefox/Projects/Improve Mac installer

• v2 was published, consensus emerged around not using an installer, but detect that we're launching from disk image or Download folder instead:

• We have two volunteers on the list that are willing to take a look at making it happen.

Next steps: Decide where to put default browser, session restore, etc. to minimize the amount of dialogs the user has to go through — and improve perceived performance.
