Notes
- The Windows 10 (insert OS X joke here) technical preview is available. Interestingly, there are 32 and 64 bit versions, potentially putting to rest speculation that it'd be 64-bit only. Potentially.
- Google is apparently continuing to expand bundling requirements for branded Android phones, including expanding the number of apps that must be included, and a reported requirement for apps to render web pages with Google's WebView component (vs. other engines)
- Huawei has launched a $325 superphone in India (octo-core, 3GB ram, 1080p screen, etc.), impressive specs as chipsets announced at MWC earlier this year finally start making it into the market
- Firefox has been named PC Magazine's Editor's Choice for browsers
- Net Applications is reporting an increase in IE8 users, likely from corporate (and other) upgrades from Windows XP.
