- [mconley] The team continues to plow through M8. We're down to 44 bugs (which is, I believe, about 20 bugs fewer than last meeting)

- Visual refresh complete and landed in 43.
- 44 is refocussing on sharing, and is simplifying the UI bug 1209713
Notifications
- Basic management UI landed
- OS X native notification options landed
- not working in e10s (2 bugs filed)
- A new XUL design/layout is in review, as well as "Do not disturb" and "disable for site" ability on XUL notifications is in review
Privacy/Security
[MattN] There will be a 2nd firstrun tab for Fx42 (and some subsequent releases) to promote Private Windows with Tracking Protection

Planning for spring/fall releases last week. Some of the most likely spring release features are:
- insecure passwords
- captive portals
- permissions in CC, notifications
- malware downloads
- TP in normal mode

- Currently focusing on making all search access points have the same features
