Feature Status Review
- Firefox 90 (Beta)
- Limited feature list but everything remains on track
- LSNG landed the last bit of their uplifts 1.5 weeks ago (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1713820 ). Gradual rollout planned for Fx91/92.
- Firefox 91 (Nightly)
- Mostly On track with 1 challenged item
- AVIF considered challenged as the feature remains 'on hold' while a comparison is with jpeg-xl is completed. Feels like this will slip from Fx91 but no confirmed change in plans at this time.
- WebRender appears to be in good shape! 100% rollout expected with Fx91
- With Prangya leaving Mozilla I have been having a bit of trouble getting updates around Security projects. Working to get information from Ethan moving forward.
SUMO Report
Roundtable & Special Topics
- Continue to recieve positive feedback re; the Weekly Release Digest. How is everyone feeling about the format/process? Any concerns? Does this feel like a good use of your time?
- Thomas and Pascal NOT taking PTO together! We will be off at the same time AND likely in the same place BUT NOT together. Stop asking.
