- merge on a monday might be a problem
- maybe being more strict on backouts a week before.
- Relman can help escalate (Bustage; anything that's many test suites going down across platforms)
Release
firefox release summary score: 1.83, Thurs 1.86
- Other than the DOM Quota crash https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1487194, most of the rest of the top 10 crashes as JS related
- this is a shutdown hang that is one of the classic "can't reproduce locally" issues but we're trying for some diagnostic patches and getting more info. Tom Tung is on PTO ATM.
- Still investigating the Mac specific crash https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1533422
- Reproducible tab crashes https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1521370, overall #12
Mobile
- Crash rate is calculated based on usage hours (the time Firefox is actively used).
- Usage hours will be significantly lower on Fennec than on desktop Firefox, so we can't compare mobile rates to desktop rates.
- Release
fennec release summary score: 22.12, Thurs 22.13
- https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1484524 still the top crash, fix landed in beta
