Release
firefox release summary score: 2.21, Tuesday 2.23, last cycle 2.18
- nothing to report here :-)
Mobile
- Crash rate is calculated based on usage hours (the time Firefox is actively used).
- Usage hours will be significantly lower on Fennec than on desktop Firefox, so we can't compare mobile rates to desktop rates.

- https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=760394 continues to the leading crash on release
- Despite the fix for https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1475218, the crash rate in 62.0.3 is noticeable - approaching 8K crashes
- Beta
fennec beta summary score: 32.95, Tuesday 33.00, last cycle 30.02
- Not much to call out for b15
- 63.0-rc1

- #5 top crash has been fixed - https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1498849
QA
[Bogdan] - Concerns:
- Update tests on release-localtest FOR 63.0 (WNP) passed but one new issue was found: https://bugzil.la/1500114
- Coordination on WNP continues to be slow which eats from our time spent on testing
- the rules from 62 changed a lot, it wasn't clear what the expected results should be.
- Acer custom build tests failed on some platforms/locales - https://docs.google.com/document/u/1/d/1d-KfViGCKM8MbaWLlXtuH5BMISSt-2gVNc_Y17oYE4g/edit - looking for a new point of contact instead of mkaply (he’s on pto)
- Ping dolske
- Read only:
- 63.0-build1 - Completed
- GREEN - Manual tests: https://testrail.stage.mozaws.net/index.php?/reports/view/1202
- One new issue, not a major one: https://bugzil.la/1499347
- 60.3.0esr-build1 - manual tests in progress (due tomorrow)
- Update tests on esr-localtest showed the same failure as 63.0 - Bug: https://bugzil.la/1500114
Nightly
[adrian_sv]Dedicated Profile per Installation: Raising awareness that as soon as the feature lands in Nightly, it will indirectly affect all other installations by taking over the default profile (the profile that usually contains the user data) and providing a blank stub profile for the other different old installations, which, despite the existence of UX explaining what's happening, might generate negative feelings towards Firefox/Mozilla and also can be ultimately understood as perceived data loss. There is not a certain number of how many DAU that switch versions we have, but the estimates are probably in the 5-6 zeroes. [oboca] Nightly Validation 3rd sign-off was sent today with a Green Status] [oboca] Prioritisation for Fx 65 in progress
