- OOM|small volume has decreased in 51.0b by ~25%: http://bit.ly/2fyKX0Q But why! We should figure it out. A gradual increase in e10s use?
- how much has it decreased compared to other signatures?
- biggest crasher DisconnectSwitch & COIDTable::ThreadCleanup has a patch for 51.0b5 (5.26% of browser crashes)
- malicious LSP module (3.07% of browser crashes)
- Trusteer seems to be the cause right now.
- JS signatures regressing in 51:
- media_related js::IsDerivedProxyObject https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1308800 (1.53% of browser crashes)

- biggest issue last week were crashes introduced by a 3rd party update (trusteer rapport) - 8.6% of all browser crashes
- https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1320562
- Tracker for Trusteer issues: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1320970 - long history :-(
- took a slight dip over the weekend but are now back in full swing again: https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/signature/?product=Firefox&process_type=browser&signature=nsAppShell%3A%3AProcessNextNativeEvent#graphs
- https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1320562
50.0.1
- no cpu-specific crash pattern apparent for our problematic amd & intel families in early data
- crash fix for the main chinese IME bug was successfuly - signature is gone from the data \o/
- patch for a lower volume IME crash at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1291082 was not included in the uplift (0.35% of browser crashes - candidate for 50.1?)
- crashes with the malicious LSP module always seem to be exceptionally high just after the relase of a new build (9.4% of browser crashes in the first 24hours)
- lsp blocklisting has a reviewed patch by now at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1238735
Nightly
[marcia]
- New crash over the weekend - https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1320041 is now verified fixed
- https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1317415 - a backout should finally address these high volume crashes
- Three buckets of crashes as noted by Nicholas in Stability List:
- Accessibility
- DOM IntersectionObserver API
- https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1320704 is backing the API out
- This affected Aurora as well
- Networking
- backed out of aurora and central
