Schedule Update
- Welcome to Kate Glazko (intern in our team)
- 38.0.5 Desktop & Mobile are live 100%
- Went fine beside two issues:
- With the What's new page in aurora
- We planned to change a page by the other but that didn't work
- Nick Thomas found a workaround. Builds are running
- TODO: We need a clear owner and workflow for this
- Release notes didn't show (bug in a feature of nucleus I implemented)
- With the What's new page in aurora
39:
- Desktop beta 2 live
- Mobile will go live soon
- 39 beta 3 will gtb Thursday, release Friday.
asyncplugininit: aklotz will come to the channel meeting june 11th to decide on async plugin init Relman will then meet with Vladan on June 17th for a final go-no go (KaiRo is out that week, so Aaron and relman will keep an eye on crashes) https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/showdependencytree.cgi?id=1116806&hide_resolved=1

Roundtable
- Is it possible to clear the history of this etherpad (and the chat) ?
- Yes. File a bug with ServiceDesk/IT
- Stability issue review at the end of this meeting (KaiRo, dougt, jst, whoever else wants to join)
- Liz to plan to start the beta builds much earlier in the day. By 10 am PDT. ++
- That means that I'll do beta approvals the night before so I would like to convey to developers that they should aim for end of day Sunday/Wednesday to get their uplifts into beta for gtb Monday/Thurs.
