- bug 1021053 (OMTC) is #1
- same as last cycle, need this fix to ship on Windows
- bug 1048099 is showing up high as well
- need an uplift

- Beta crash rate is really bad due to crashes caused by bug 1038243 (which tried to fix an adware crash itself).
- backing this out for Aurora and Beta, need to determine if we want this fix at all
- bug 1051858 is doing the real fix (IID rev) for Nightly 34.
